PORON® a soft shock absorbing material braces the ankle on each side absorbing 90% of the energy generated with each steps impact. The boot is also engineered with Flexvent a breakthrough in riding boot engineering that allows easier movement via extra material above the heel. The gusset expands or contracts with movement enabling the foot to have a fuller range of motion for a nice and easy stride providing all-day fatigue-free wear. Designed to be functional this boot also has that Harley® biker touch with a number of strategically placed logos. The boots design is minimalist. The smooth round toe is emphasized with an additional metal Harley-Davidson® badge. There is a Bar And Shield® logo badge at the top of the outside-facing shaft and another metal badge logo badge on the side of the heel. With a Harley® logo buckle front cross-strap the boots are pulled on with the aid of the pull-on loop and YKK® locking inside facing zippers the best zippers available. Made with full-grain leather uppers the boots have a full-length mesh lining. The boots sole insole and upper are bound using resoleable Goodyear® Welt construction processes the most labor intensive and durable construction method available.
